Use the following PlanIT and SAM Advisors to develop the iT plan for the new service:

  • Enterprise Modeller to build model of your company. Only define the site(s) and the business functions (BFs) that will participate in B2B exchange (directly or indirectly). • Application Advisor to determine an application plan for the company with focus on new B2B services that shows what will be automated, what automation strategy will be used (buy, rent, outsource, develop, extend) and what application packages will be used.
  • Platform Advisor to determine the computing hardware and software plan  needed for the site plus the new service
  • Network Advisor to determine the wired/wireless network plan for the site plus the new service
  • Security Advisor for securing the new B2B service(s) plus the internal participating systems
